Return & Exchange
(a) Refund
If any item itself you purchased is defective, damaged, not as described, you can ask for a refund or exchange within 5 days from the delivered day with our customer service email: info@dinolize.com (Note: If the product is customized, it will not be returned, which will affect the secondary sales.)
(b) Return
Within 5 days from the delivered day, to be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, non-customized and in original packing with original label. Items not meeting the criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
-Please note that you will pay for return shipping for your subjective factor. The customs duties and charges involved in the return will also be borne by you.

(c) Cancellation
1) Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refund for reasons of not arriving at the expected time.
Delivery time=Processing time+Shipping time
Generally, it takes 3-5 business days for processing, 15 days for orders from the U.S. and E.U. and 25 days to other areas of the world. For example, if the shipping address is in the U.S., usually it takes 18-20 days to be arrived. Please refer to the reference and allow enough time to receive the goods.Due to the pandemic, the shipping time will be slightly delayed than before.

To cancel the order due to above 1) or 2) reason, two conditions need to be met at the same time: ① Within 24 hours after placing the order. ②The order is in unshipped state.
3) If the order has not been shipped for more than 10 days, you have the right to cancel the order. (Attention: Shipping delays due to long negotiation times are not included.)
(d) Refund Process
We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange.
The refund will be returned in 3 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us at info@dinolize.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.
Shipping Damage Claims
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at info@dinolize.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 2 days from receipt of products.
